Christine Doerksen
BA, PTN, ACE, MFC

Christine found her passion for fitness over 25 years ago, and is dedicated to sharing that passion with people from all backgrounds.

Christine holds a Kinesiology degree and has supplemented that education with many fitness/training certifications. Christine has years of experience with hockey strength & conditioning training at all levels, group classes and one on one personal training.

Whether you are looking to build muscle, lose weight, improve your endurance or work on your mobility, you’ll feel at home at AFFIRM Fitness.

Christine is proud to foster an inclusive environment that is welcoming to people of all ages, backgrounds, genders and abilities. Whether you’re just starting out, or an athlete wanting to step it up, Christine will have you falling in love with the process, not just the results!

Christine is a lover of dogs, and spends much of her free time giving back to the community through local charity events.

I’m a certified personal trainer through the Manitoba Fitness Council (MFC), and my mission is simple: to help people move better, feel stronger, and build lasting confidence through fitness.

At Affirm Fitness, I bring my passion for health and performance into every session. I specialize in functional training that focuses on real, sustainable progress—whether your goals are to improve strength, mobility, endurance, or simply to live a healthier lifestyle. I take pride in creating tailored workouts that meet each client where they’re at, while pushing them to reach new levels both physically and mentally.

Fitness has played a major role in my own life—it’s been a tool for growth, discipline, and self-belief. Now, I’m driven to share that with others. I love connecting with people, learning their stories, and helping them uncover what they’re truly capable of.
